List of things to remember before Disavowing Links

Google launched Disavowing Tools last year before October , this tool is specially meant to remove low quality backlinks and some links linked to your website. Google's Penguin and Panda is really serious about low quality back links and spammy links that may play odd games in search engine results.

If you are using any of those links , you would have experienced the effect, constant drop in unique visitors, pagerank , serp Rank extra. Sometimes webmasters are not aware of such links to their websites , because they would have used a SEO consultant for search engine optimization, but they deserve to have a second chance. So Google came up with this tool.. now you got the tool, all you have to do is pick such links and parse them here, tell Google that "please don't consider this link". Before you do that you must understand that its a mixture of consequences and benefits.

How to find out you are penalized :

We have discussed a lot about how we may get penalized by penguin and panda and we made a very serious discussions about it, but as far as backlinks is concerned we got a wonderful tool to help us.

Once you got pinned, your stats will decrease a lot, your daily visitors will decrease , your search engine result page rank will decrease and when not done anything about it, you will see a drop in page rank. You should visit your Google webmaster page frequently , because they tend to complain via messages that can be seen only in this site.

1 : never disavow any links unless you got any message in webmaster tools or if you are really sure about it. Its like you are manipulating their system without invitation, never do that.

2 : Get to know your backlinks better, search for links that is really low and never guess. The benefit from this tool depends upon how you use it. get some advice before you disavow a link.

3 : You won't get the result immediately , as usual Google is always slow about this and you should expect results after two three months or never expect.

 4 : You give Google more power by Disavowing , say you are disavowing a link from a site and some other site is disavowing your link , you just put yourself under Google's Lens.If you are disavowing more and more links they may even think that you were using some suspicious ways to get these links.

5 : Once you disavow a website , you not only disavow for yourself but also all the sites that has the link in this particular site.

How to Disavow a Link

1 : Enter Webmaster tools and sign in or simply click this link Disavow tools.

2 : Choose the website that requires  the tool

 

3 : Then you will be asked to upload a file containing all the links you want to disavow.

4 : all you have to do is list all the links in a plain txt file in the order Given below and upload it.

If you happen to see any unnatural link its better to disavow them once Google tells you about it. They are working hard to keep results related and genuine and they are using a very powerful algorithm ,so never try anything bad and please keep the race genuine.
